Due to occupancy, it may not be possible to show you the exact room you are interested in. Instead, property teams will show you similar example rooms that represent the room type you wish to book.

Viewings are available at all Urbanest properties between 11:00 and 16:00, strictly by appointment on weekdays.

During your tour, property teams will guide you through common areas, shared facilities, and any available rooms within the building to help you understand the amenities and living environment.

To schedule a room tour, you can use urbanest's self-service booking page available online below. This allows you to select a convenient date and time for your visit.

Booking your visit is simple, and you will receive an email confirmation with additional details, including instructions for your visit.

If you haven’t already booked a room, the site team can assist with additional information or booking interests during your visit.

Viewings must be arranged in advance. If you turn up without a slot, you may be asked to come back at another time.

A typical viewing appointment lasts between 40 minutes and 1 hour from start to finish, though we are happy to spend as long as you need to ensure you have seen everything you want to.
