Before you arrive
To help you settle into your new space, urbanest can accept essential online deliveries - such as kitchenware of bedding items 1-2 days before your scheduled arrival date.
When having any parcels or letters sent please make sure to include the following information below:
Your full given name
Your room number

Items we cannot accept before you arrive
Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept belongings delivered in person, sent from overseas, or delivered by a storage company prior to your arrival.
Once you’ve officially checked in and been handed your room key, you’re welcome to arrange delivery of stored items and personal luggage. Please ensure you’re available in person to receive these deliveries.
Please note that urbanest accept no responsibility for any items sent in advance of your arrival, and all liability remains with yourself.
Storage Facilities?
If you need to have items stored before you check into your new room, we recommend using Seven Seas Worldwide or Lovespace. Both offer convenient storage solutions for short periods, student discounts and can deliver your belongings to your room.
After you have officially checked in
During your tenancy with us, you are welcome to have parcels and mail delivered to you.
Parcels can be collected from the reception desk or post room—a team member at reception will be happy to guide you to the correct location.
All letters are delivered by Royal Mail and placed in the flat letterboxes located on the ground floor. To access your letterbox, please collect the key from reception. After checking your mail, kindly lock the letterbox and return the key to the front desk.
