To help us prepare for your arrival, please let us know when you expect to check in by selecting your arrival slot on your urbanest Portal. Arrival times help us manage lift access and queues during busy periods.

Please note that arrival slots are limited and are offered on a first come, first served basis. We recommend selecting your estimated time of arrival

If your plans change and you need to change your arrival time or date, you can log back into your portal and select a new arrival time.

If you've booked your room through your university such as UCL, NYU, KCL or another partnered institution, please arrange your arrival time directly with your university accommodation team.

We understand travel delays can happen, and our teams are on-site 24/7 to welcome you when you arrive.

During our busy September period, you may need to wait a short time to be checked in. Having your passport ready for the verification checks will help speed up the process.

If your preferred time is not listed, that means the slot is full and we have reached capacity for that check in period. Please select the next available slot that works for you.

This only applies during the busy September arrivals period.

Due to the short turnaround between our 2025-26 residents leaving and 2026-27 residents arriving we are not able to offer any early arrival dates.

If you are arriving outside of September or October, e.g., in January, you are welcome to book an arrival slot, but it is not essential. Our team will be happy to welcome you when you arrive.

If you are arriving outside of September or October for example in January to July, you are welcome to book an arrival slot, but it is not essential. Our check-ins start from 3pm onwards.
