Our communal printers, located in the study areas and common rooms are free for all residents to use. You will need to bring your own A4 paper.
All printers can print in both colour and black and white, and the maximum paper size the printers support is A4.
How to print your documents
You can print using either method below:
Option 1: Use the QR Code
Scan the QR code displayed above the printer.
You’ll be taken to a webpage where you can upload your file.
Once uploaded, you’ll receive an 8‑digit code.
Enter this code on the printer screen to release your document.
Option 2: Send your document by email or upload online
Email your file to [email protected], or
Visit the Eprintit Service webpage.
For the best results, we recommend using a PDF file, although Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and JPEG formats are also supported with our printers.
