How to pay your rent, flexibility and payment plans

Payment options

We know that every student’s circumstances are different, so we aim to offer as much flexibility as possible. Rooms can be secured with just one week’s rent, and you can choose to spread your rental payments over 3 or 10 months.

Payment deadlines

Your payment schedule, including all due dates, will appear on your invoice and in your booking portal. Please make sure payments are made on time to avoid any delays or additional charges.

To help you stay on track, you’ll also receive a reminder email 10 days before your rental payment is due.

Ways to pay your rent

urbanest offer several easy ways to pay your rent and other accrued charges. As we operate in the UK, all payments are processed in GBP (£).

We can accept the following card types and BACS transfer options:

  • Visa Credit Card

  • MasterCard or Master Credit Card

  • UK based Maestro

If you’re paying from an international bank, please ensure payments are sent in GBP and any transfer fees are covered on your side.

We’re not able to accept PayPal or Apple Pay.

After you've made a payment

Once you receive confirmation of your payment, please send a screenshot of your receipt or bank remittance to [email protected] so our team can update your records.

Sending your receipt helps our team match your payment quickly, especially for bank transfers.

If you need to speak with our Customer Accounts Team, you can call them on +44 20 7042 7890, Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:30.

Your tenancy agreement, which is generated during the booking process, contains the full terms and conditions for your stay.
