Full year bookings
We know that every student’s circumstances are different, so we aim to offer as much flexibility as possible. Rooms can be secured with just one small payment (typically one week's worth of rent or £500), and you can choose to spread your rental payments over 3 or 10 months.

Shorter term and summer bookings
Payment schedules are generated at the time of booking online and there are typically options to chose from.
Ways to pay your rent
urbanest offer several easy ways to pay your rent and other accrued charges. As we operate in the UK, all payments are processed in GBP (£).
We can accept the following payment options:

MasterCard Debit
MasterCard Credit
UK based Maestro
BACS / Wire transfer
Bank Transfer
If you’re paying from an international bank, please ensure payments are sent in GBP and any transfer fees are covered on your side.
For security, our bank details are provided only via the invoice which is generated automatically and sent to the tenant.
We’re not able to accept PayPal or Apple Pay.
After you've made a payment
Once you receive confirmation of your payment, please send a screenshot of your receipt or bank remittance via your portal so our team can update your records.
Sending your receipt helps our team match your payment quickly, especially for bank transfers.
