Everything you need to know about managing your deliveries once you’ve moved out.

Before checking out of urbanest

Please make sure to update all your details to your new address before you move out. This includes your subscription services, online orders, food delivery apps, and banking information.

Updating your personal information helps ensure parcels and letters aren’t accidentally sent to urbanest after you’ve left.

urbanest isn’t able to redirect any mail or parcels to your new address, so keeping your details up to date is the best way to avoid delays or items being returned to sender.

What do to if your parcel is sent to urbanest?

If an item arrives after you have checked-out or after your tenancy has ended, the onsite team can hold the item for up to one week. After this, uncollected items will be returned to the sender.

How to collect your parcel from urbanest?

You can either collect the parcel yourself or authorise someone else (a friend, family member, or courier company) to collect it for you.

To authorise a collection, please email [email protected] with:

  • Send through proof of delivery (pictures and as much information from the courier company), details of the parcel or mail

  • The full name of the person or courier company collecting the parcel

  • The date and approximate time they plan to pick the item up

Your nominated person must bring valid ID, so the team can verify their details at collection.
