After moving out of your room, please ensure that all subscriptions and delivery addresses are updated to your new place of residence. Itโs also a good idea to let friends and family know your new address so that items such as birthday cards are not accidentally sent to urbanest.
Mail Holding Policy
If mail or parcels arrive at the property after you have moved out, the on-site team can hold them for up to one week before returning the items to the sender. This gives you time to arrange collection or make alternative arrangements. If you are expecting delayed deliveries after your move, please notify [email protected].
When contacting the team, include proof of delivery and any details you have about the parcel to help them locate it quickly.
How to collect your parcel
You may authorise a third party, such as a friend, family member, or courier service, to collect your mail or parcels on your behalf. To do this, please follow these steps:
Send an email to [email protected] with the name of the person or courier who will collect the items.
Provide the intended date and approximate time of collection.
Ensure the person or company collecting your parcel brings a valid form of ID for verification. This helps avoid any issues during pickup.
