Common rooms
We have three common rooms on the 18th floor, plus a balcony, all open to residents, with views across Big Ben and the London Eye.
There's a quiet study area on the Mezzanine floor, just above reception, with conference rooms for when you need to avoid distractions.
Printers are available for residents, though you'll need to bring your own paper and USB stick. For the Toshiba printer, just bring a USB stick. For the smaller Printt printers, download the Printt app and upload the documents you'd like to print.
Internet
Connect to the Glide wireless network (no password needed), open your browser and follow the on-screen steps to set up your account. If you have any issues with Glide.
Maintenance
Our maintenance team is on site Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. To report a maintenance issue, come to reception and a member of the team will log it for you. Most repairs are completed within 48 hours, though some take longer depending on priority. For emergencies, speak to a member of the team as soon as possible.
Gym
The gym and studio are open to residents every day. Check the door for last entry time. There's no need to book a slot or complete a waiver; just come along.
Laundry
There are two laundry rooms: one on the 18th floor and one on basement level B. The machines run through the Circuit app, which you can download on any smartphone. Top up your account in the app, then scan the code on the machine to start.
Deliveries
We accept most deliveries at reception and will store them for you to collect. We can't accept food or perishable items, so please come down to collect those from the driver directly so they aren't kept waiting.
When a parcel is ready, you'll receive an email from Traizr with a collection code. Have the code ready when you collect.

Hosting events
If you'd like to host an event, or have any questions about our guest policy, please ask a member of the team at reception.
Cleaning and refreshments
As a welcome, your kitchen will be stocked with coffee, tea, milk and sugar, along with some toiletries, during your first week.
We'll provide cutlery, crockery and tea towels for your kitchen throughout your stay. Your bathroom will be stocked with toilet roll each week, and your bedroom will have fresh linen and towels once a week.
Your kitchen and bedroom are cleaned once a week. In a three-person flat, the kitchen and bathrooms are cleaned three times a week. En-suite kitchens are also cleaned three times a week.
Items for hire
We have vacuum cleaners, irons, ironing boards and ping pong bats available to borrow. Just ask a member of staff and sign the item out on the iPad at reception. Sign it back in when you return it.
Wellbeing
Your wellbeing matters to us. Being away from home can be tough, so we're here 24/7. If you're feeling low or just fancy a chat, please come and talk to us; we'd love to hear from you.
